Whether you need accommodations for a Michigan family vacation, reunion, holiday party or other group event, Glenn Manor is the ideal venue for hosting your special occasion.  We offer extensive on-site event planning services in a variety of custom packages designed to meet your needs.  From small intimate gatherings such as a ladies’ afternoon tea party to a weekend corporate retreat, we will assist you in creating and hosting a memorable group event.  Contact us today to begin planning your event at Glenn Manor.

Weekend Group Events: $2,399*
(ideal for destination lakeshore events / weddings with overnight accommodations)
  • Rental of the facility for the weekend (3:00 p.m. on Friday through 11:00 a.m. Sunday)
  • Complete event planning services, including arrangement of catering, entertainment and other special requests.** Also includes experienced Event Manager on-site for duration of activities
  • Separate, exclusive rental of all rooms with a two-night minimum stay is required
  • Ample parking
  • All standard “week-end stay” amenities apply for each room, including fresh flowers and breakfast
  • Other services are available upon request at additional cost
  • Suggested group event size is 75-100 guests
Half-Day Group Events: $599*
(ideal for small get-togethers including weddings for two, bridal showers, intimate holiday parties, etc.)
  • Includes 3 hours of event time, from time event commences (additional hours available at $100 per hour)
  • Complete event planning services, including arrangement of catering, entertainment and other special requests.** Also includes experienced Event Manager on-site for duration of activities
  • Separate, exclusive rental of one room with a one-night minimum stay is required
  • Suggested group size is less than 24 people.
Full Day Group Events: $1,199*
(ideal for group events, including medium-size weddings, family reunions, corporate/personal parties, management retreats)
  • Includes 6 hours of event time, from time event commences (additional hours available at hourly rate of $150 per hour)
  • Complete event planning services, including arrangement of catering, entertainment and other special requests**. Also includes experienced Event Manager on-site for duration of activities
  • Separate, exclusive rental of all rooms with a one-night minimum stay is required
  • Amenities include fresh flowers in room upon arrival and breakfast
  • Ample parking
  • All other services are available upon request at additional cost
  • Suggested group size is 24-75 guests
Pre-Packaged Weekend Stays

Romantic Rendezvous:

  • $150.00 per night, with a minimum two night stay.

Friends or Family Getaway

  • $115 per night, with a minimum two night stay.

 

POLICIES

  • All prices and services subject to change without notice, and are based on availability
  • The Glenn Manor is a non-smoking facility
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets

Personal Reservations / Cancellations / Check-In /Check-Out:

  • Reservations are guaranteed only if we have received payment of one night’s lodging by check. Please note that checks must be received within 5 days after reservation has been made.
  • Additional room payment is due upon check-in.
  • Please note that rooms can accommodate up to two people
  • Cancellations will be honored when received no less than 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you are making a reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, the first night’s room payment is non-refundable. All cancellations are subject to a $15 processing fee per room. Cancellations must be made by phone.
  • If canceling less than 24 hours of your reservation, or if you are a no-call/no-show, the amount of your entire stay will be charged to you.
  • Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Group Event Reservations / Cancellations / Check-In/Check Out:

  • The last cancellation date for an event is one-hundred eighty (180) days prior to the scheduled event date. Any cancellation after this date will forfeit all deposits and also require payment of the remaining balance of the quoted invoice.
  • One-third (1/3) of the total estimated invoice must be paid a minimum of one hundred eighty
    (180) days prior to the scheduled event date. Final payment, less any previously paid deposit, is due and payable at the time of check-in, with a $500 damage deposit. Final payment must be made by cashier check, money order or certified check.
  • All requirements and related policies are detailed in full in the Glenn Manor Rental Agreement.

* Facility fee only. Other fees may apply. Special requests are
subject to pre-approval and are arranged at the discretion of the Glenn Manor.

** Cost of outside products and services, such as event coordination, catering, floral / themed decorations and entertainment are not included in the Facility Fee and are billed separately. Beverage providers must be pre-approved and secured directly by the customer of the Glenn Manor. Sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on the premises.
